Trendalyzer is the basis of Rosling’s TED demonstration. It loads data in proprietary format that might be simple to reproduce. It will export tables or graphs to Excel as well as output presentations to Flash.

They call it Dubai Logistics City + the biggest airport in the world + 5-star hotels/golf/resorts. 250,000 residents. It was discussed in a recent Fast Company article, posted here.
